Off-site modular fabrication was chosen as the construction technique for the Casa Chiara project to minimize waste (reducing waste 50% through precision cutting and indoor storage capacity), minimize costs (reducing overall construction costs by about 5%) and significantly reducing construction timeframe (2 months of site prep and factory construction plus 2 months of “button-up work” and project completion.

The project was built a factory as 16 modules at All American Homes.
