The Loft

The Loft was designed as a healthy housing solution for either a small builder and want to do 2 homes in an urban infill lot, or for the developer wanting to do 50-units. This 2-bedroom + loft home is filled with light and openness. The double-height space in the living room increases the sense of space in an urban environment. The Loft uses the same sustainable materials, methods and systems as our other homes, including renewable, recyclable materials, high-performance mechanical systems, healthy+energy efficient foam insulation, low-flow plumbing fixtures, fsc-certified cabinetry, dual-pane + low-E glazing systems, with grey water, water catchment and solar options available as well.

The units can be 2-story or 3-story. They can be live/work or be just residential. The lower level can be customized to the site and program. It can be parking, or retail, or a studio.
Through the use of modular techonology, these preconfigured designs can save significant time, providing the builder/developer improved results in predictability, inventory control, and targeting markets.
